Accounts Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Record all Financial Transactions in Odoo ERP
• Reconciliation of Bank Statements on a weekly basis
• Assist in preparation of trial balances and financial statements
• Petty cash handling
• Moderate knowledge of tax fillings and returns
• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts reconciling variances; inputting data.
• Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
• Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
• Handles Inventory Module in Odoo ERP

Job Requirements

• ACCA, CA or Masters from a reputable university is preferred
• Must have Excel and ERP experiences
• Must be willing to relocate on-site
