VTExperts is a fast-growing business which provides a wide range of VTiger CRM solutions e.g. VTiger CRM extensions, hosting, integrations etc. We need an enthusiastic person who can communicate with clients through live chat, email and other communication channels, resolving their queries and providing them with the solutions they are looking for.
- Respond to the customer inquiries via various digital channels e.g. live chat, mail, video & audio calls etc.
- Quick response rate (client query should be solved within 24 hours)
- Every issue will be communicated in form of tickets and tasks
- Need a semi-technical I.T professional (not necessarily a coder, but have good enough command on databases, server hosting, MySQL, MariaDB & PHP)
- Provide solutions to the customer’s queries via contacting with the various different department e.g. sales, development team etc
- Clients may need to have a remote session with one of our representatives (it is obligatory for our representative to adjust himself/herself according to the clients availability)
- Explaining company’s products and services to the customers
- Meeting operational targets
- Providing smooth and quality customer experience
- Work with management in improving and implementing innovative customer care strategies
