Lead PHP / Wordpress Developer

We are looking for someone who is experienced in web design and development.

Here’s what we need your help with.

- Skilled at creating mock-ups for new website designs.
- Able to design custom websites with a consistent and standard process. Experience with WordPress is a must.
- Experience with other content management systems is a plus (i.e., Shopify, etc.).
- Can write and speak English fluently.
- Has a customer service mindset to service the client with the opportunity to speak with them about their design projects via Zoom, Slack, or Skype.
- Can be responsive via email and Slack/Skype on Eastern Standard Time is a must.
- Can consistently monitor and increase the speed of websites on desktop and mobile.
- Has a creative and visual mindset with attention to detail.
- Has worked in a marketing agency before is a plus.
- Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Must have project management skills, capable of supervising a small team.
- Capable of QA the task/project of the team under him.
- Can make small client changes based on their request consistently by following directions and not making a ton of errors.
- Confident in doing research and creating a game plan on a new website design to fit the client's brand and needs.
- Has experience with managing other developers is a plus.
- Experience with IT support, such as hosting, SSL certificates, speed development, email connection, domain management, etc.

3+ years of experience with PHP and forwardness with HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, Laravel, Codeigniter and Angular JS/ React JS, MySQL. Strong technical skills, leading, team building, decision making and managerial skills.
