This role will be primarily responsible to create content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, eBooks, and web content and requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. Ultimately, deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.
This position requires a flexible, dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience in digital content creation, tools and platforms and understanding/delivering engaging content against platform and business objectives. The Content Writer should have deep knowledge of digital content strategies, industry leading tools & platforms and strong opinions of how to create best-in-class content experiences that drive greater customer engagement.

Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Promote content on social media
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Be responsible for managing the company’s email marketing strategy
Moderate the brand’s presence on forums and through comments
Learn how to use online and offline tools the company has adopted
Investigate competitors and come up with new strategies
Manage the company’s social media presence
Analyze the performance of existing content
Create graphics and videos that help support your written content
Function as moderator and administrator for onsite asynchronous message boards and blogs.
Create and post timely content on the organization’s website.
Function as the organization’s lead social networker and manage social media presence.
Utilize industry and organizational knowledge to develop ideas and content.
Gain an understanding of in-house content creation tools and quality standards.
Change to new content requirements, digital tools and collaborators.
