Handling Telephone Exchange PABX, incoming and out going telephone calls.
Attending visitors
Ticket reservations (Domestic and International)
Keeping the complete record of daily telephone calls
Maintaining the record of out going and incoming mail
Keeping Daily attendance and leave record
Keeping the complete record of daily courier bills
Dealing with Local Hotels and reservation of local and international hotels, apartments etc
