Systematic maintenance of CV data bank.
You must be confident enough to establish a new HR department from root level, design & develop HR systems and policies for smooth functioning of the system.
During 9~5 job, successful candidate has to perform on dual charge. (During first half to look after the HR department and in second half to perform as personal staff officer of the chief executive).
Job Specification
You must be an expert in use of computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
You must be sharp, energetic and motivated with excellent communication skills (Both as verbal and written)
