Your Impactful Goals will include:
The position requires you to work under supervision of Assistant Manager for implementation of geographic segmentation and development of day to day analytical/reporting assignments
Execution of tactics to improve Key variables e.g. ARPU, APPMB, Volume etc.
Execution of Pricing and Promotion strategy for the complete Product portfolio
Analysis on subscriber base including but not limited to post-campaign analysis, overlap with Voice Base, usage behaviour including changes over time
Propose/implement promotions of campaigns to achieve targets w.r.t net subscribers, monetization initiatives, churn, revenue and traffic under supervision of Segment Team.
Design and monitor micro segmentation campaigns with help of BI/CLM
Developing reports and dashboards for consistent in-depth monitoring of key customer KPIs
Collaborating with regional and central teams to follow up on executions and consolidating insights to be shared with AM segments
Execution of voice/data/hybrid campaigns through development of business cases, coordination with technology, managing artworks creation and analyzing subscriber impact
Creating views for the management that expand relationships between market changes and communication on subscriber health.

Your Typical day at work will look like:
Monitor the day to day trends/performance of the segment in terms net subscribers, churn, revenue and traffic
Generating insights & establishing what needs to be done through these data insights
Coordination with different teams / departments for execution of segment products and plans
Assist and Monitor the impact of the Data payload/ MOUs on the Network and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
Assist/Prepare business cases and updates for Management approval
Assist in developing business forecasts/plan for the segment
Assist in Delivery of quarterly go to market plan and ensuring that it is aligned with all the commercial stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, S&D, P&P etc.)
Monitoring daily/weekly/ monthly segment KPI’s
Ad-hoc and periodic analysis to identify challenges and opportunities that would solve customers’ problems and bring value to the organization
Coordination with different teams / departments for execution of segment plans
Consolidating feedback from regional resources on key challenges and corroborating them through behavioral insights.
Devising & executing creative solutions to support organization’s ambitions on revenue/ market share
Develop plans to drive uptake of data products (data sim, usim conversion, etc)
Governance model to monitor the Product KPIs management
Identifying strengths and weaknesses of the Products and competition analysis
Special project planning and executions.
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration/Computer Science/Engineering
2-3 years + of related work experience in a similar organization and preferably in a related role
