IPSpecialist is ramping up its operations and looking for young professionals in the field of digital marketing on an urgent basis.

In this role, you will contribute to growing the brand’s presence on all social and digital platforms, fostering consumer relationships and act as a key conduit to driving our digital success. You’ll stay on the pulse of all things social, spot new beauty trends and emerging platforms in the digital space, react to consumer needs in real-time, and support the global consumer engagement team in executing digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

· Initiate and manage end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, both on strategic and tactical level.

· Initially support in digital marketing activities – but expected to rise quickly to take full ownership of complete process

· Support consumer engagement team with distribution of approved social media calendar content; publish content across all key platforms with sharp attention to detail. Execute Instagram Stories / live content.

· Respond to questions and comments with speed and judgment, escalating issues as needed; identify trends in consumer comments and funnel information to the appropriate teams.

· Support social listening efforts and contribute to metrics reports using standardized tools and craft analyses based on the data.

· Stay up-to-date on new social platforms and tools; assist with monitoring competitors and other social media leaders for learnings, insights and best practices to remain a leader in the corporation and industry.

· Demonstrate productivity and “can-do” attitude in all assignments. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· To act as one of the key points of contact for social media queries, developing a response process, engaging with potential and existing followers.

· Network and establish relationships with popular bloggers in order to increase IPSpecialist visibility and collaboration opportunities.

· Write, edit, post, and promote the content on IPSpecialist website. Generate and pitch ideas, compose and edit posts, market posts to readers, and conduct research

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Contract length: 12 months

Experience:

• Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Qualification:

- Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) with focus in digital marketing

- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
