Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships, interactive communication and trust with customers.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right system
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Resolve customer complaints via, email, or social media
Act as the company mediator
Providing day to day reports to operations and management Departments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any good Discipline.
Proficiency in English
Good Communication Skills
Able to deal with Foreign Clients
Ability to type/chat in English without any error
Good Managing Skills
Ability to complete tasks in time
Manage day to day flow of operations with team
