We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
• Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.
• To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
• Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Core duty is develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
• Manage Job requisition process, advertise job post as per requisitions forms using all possible job advertisement platforms and strategies such as online job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn referrals, print media ‘Banners and posters’, etc.
• Screen candidates resume and job applications.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Create and provide analytical and well documented recruiting report to the rest of the team.
• Promote company’s reputation.
