Job Description

What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

Within 30 days you will:

Go through the company’s on boarding process which includes the orientation program

Understand culture at Jazz; meet team members of B2B and other domains

Understanding of how you fit in B2B Corporate Solutions Model

Understanding of market dynamics and familiarize yourself with Large Accounts segment

B2B Large Accounts customer visits on daily basis to generate Voice, Data business, MFS, M2M, retention and collection

Understanding of daily, weekly, monthly plan reports over view and submission process

Within 60 days, you will:

Further penetration within tagged companies for revenue growth, complaint handling (after sales), retention & hunting of new accounts for revenue generation purpose

Exploration of new B2B markets in the region to generate business in region

Relationship management in the tagged portfolios for revenue growth and selling new products

Focus on big wins for strong footing in Large Accounts sector

Completion of physical visits to tagged accounts & resolution of issues in coordination with relevant teams

Within 90 days to onwards you will:

Understanding of quarterly performance review

Proactive and creative ideas for new flagship in B2B business

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated to up speed Fixed Data, device, GSM, MFS and M2M business in the region. Candidate must have selling, negotiation, presentation skills to deliver his point of view to management & customers. Must have excellent market orientation and strong rapport in the Corporate Sector in Lahore.

A bit about us:

At Corporate Solutions, we sell various GSM, Fixed, MFS, M2M Solutions within and outside our assigned portfolio in Large Corporate Entities, nurture, grow and retain them.

The structure of the team you will join is:

You will be the part of Corporate Solutions Team that is sub part of Jazz Business. This position reports to the Manager Corporate Solutions and you will be based in Lahore with team peers in your region (Lahore).

The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:

Meeting Monthly Sales Targets in terms of Revenue Addition of an X amount through different products in GSM, Fixed Data, MFS and M2M segments

Meeting Retention & Recovery targets for your assigned portfolio

With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.

You will work in continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders like B2B Executives, Pre Sales Team, Customer Engagement Team, Regional Coordinators, Credit & Control department, Channel planning team, Finance team, Regional Manager Corporate Solutions and Head of Corporate Solutions.

What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?

Collaborative efforts of these teams will result in smooth processes and problem solving which would immensely help in achieve the KPIs set by the company.

The two (02) specific tasks that team were working on in the last 6 months with results:

Meeting assigned targets

Strengthening channel with tagged portfolio retention & revenue growth while building adjacencies

The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have:

Telecom industry sales experience in the corporate sector especially internet / data related products, GSM based solution, MFS and M2M/IoT.

Direct sales experience preferably in Internet / Data related services & GSM based solution

Candidate must be specialized in Portfolio Management & Collection.

Must have technology:

Microsoft Office specially Excel

Essential must have skills:

Sale Skills

Negotiation Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Reporting & presentational skills

Proactively solving day-to-day problems

Result driven approach towards daily tasks
