Job Description
The Admin Officer iACT will play a key role in management and maintenance of the Administration department at iACT.
He / She will be capable of effective and efficient implementation of admin jobs within set policies and procedures.
Job Specification
Key Responsibilities & Duties :-
- Provide administrative support to the vocational training center and the academic and marketing teams.
- Manage and maintain stock and inventory control, and oversee availability of office resources.
- Supervise regular maintenance, general cleanliness of the building, technological equipment and assets of iACT.
- Liaise and interact with various governmental agencies like PTCL, KESC, SSGS, CDGK, SBTE, etc.
- Facilitate logistical arrangements for seminars, workshops and events.
- Supervise and monitor petty cash, accounts and financial tasks for iACT.
- Supervise support staff to handle and manage day-to-day affairs.
Required Qualification, Experience and Skills
- Must at least be a Graduate
- 2 to 3 years in a similar capacity
General :-
- Good Communication skills - spoken and written - in both English and Urdu.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Work effectively under pressure
- Ability to manage and prioritize time and multiple activities
- Should be a Good Team Player.
