Talented full-time Instructors required to deliver our Call Center Agent Training Program, designed to give youth the skills to enter the role of a Call Center Agent with a leading global BPO provider in Karachi. The Instructors should have experience working as call centre agents themselves, and ideally experience in conducting some kind of training or coaching as well.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering Skills-based Training
- Program Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Mentoring of Trainees
Full-time role for 5 months, with possibility of extension. Based in Karachi.
Salary range: 50,000 to 70,000
Looking to fill the positions urgently, and accepting candidates on a rolling basis.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience working as a Call Centre agent and subsequently promoted to a supervisory and/or managerial position in the same field
- Competency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and other software used in the call centre industry (for e.g. Salesforce)
- At least one experience delivering training, coaching, or mentoring to a youth audience
