Job Description

Employment Type: This is a Full time, permanent position.

Location: This role is based in Mirpurkhas, Pakistan.

Grade: This is a grade 3 position.

Your Impactful goals will include:

Responsible for execution & implementation of a Channel Operational plan (GSM & FS) for the Region, which will enable the sales & distribution team to improve capability and ensure on-ground execution in the most effective and efficient way

To have reliable operational support that on-ground team feels equipped from all sort of system support activities

Responsible for BVS O&M, franchise agreements end to end, renewal, terminations, and daily operations related to franchises and retailers as and when shared by S&D planning

To manage channel operations of GSM & FS domain, fraud management, Regional projects, BVS device management, Customer & Channel complaint handling, and digital initiatives such as Apollo by enabling the team to achieve company goals.

Ensuring optimum use of BVS devices/company assets through regular monitoring and suggesting replacements.

Responsible for giving a forward-looking direction on a regional level to achieve organizational/regional strategy set ambitions.

Ownership to drive and ensure product float management and Regional training

To ensure smooth execution of regional campaigns to get desired business uptake

Identify the right size of the channel, Investment, strengths, and weaknesses of the channels

Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with relevant team to address critical issues

Regional campaign management, Regional PR handling, LI mapping, hierarchy changes & CBOM KPIs

Job Specification

Essential Responsibilities/ How will your typical day look like:

Regular Analysis of KPIs/performance overview for FS & GSM

Profitability Management of the Franchise / Area Assignment / Territory Optimization

Optimal utilization of Trade Marketing spends

Quality of Sales improvement initiatives

Channel footprint expansion and improvement in KPIs (minimum balance, retailer servicing for FS and GSM)

Ongoing interaction with stakeholders including S&D Planning, Network team, etc

Team motivation and enablement

Driving performance from the entire team

Effective positive communication and spending with the team to explain/rationale of the tasks to be done

Territory Integrity & Infringement Control

Backcheck on ASH market visits and ensuring that the team remains engaged with the retail/franchise

What we’re looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or other relevant fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work well in a pressure situation, Self-motivated and flexible

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)

Data Interpretation & Quantitative skills

Strong Analytical skills

Strong in Excel, Words & Power-point

Telco Business/Distribution/B2B/B2C model knowledge

A process-oriented approach towards problem-solving

Should be able to analyze, understand, and recommended solutions to complex problems

Ability to carry out analyses & reporting and develop actionable insights for the team

Good team Leader and excellent at building relationships with co-workers and external vendors

Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.

Work experience:

A minimum of 4 to 5 years of telecom experience related to Channel Operations and planning
