Job Description

Now we are looking for a Supervisor of technical support with knowledge of Urdu and English who will be in charge of Pakistan technical support monitoring. If you are communicative and have experience of working in a people-oriented business, we are waiting for your CV!

What will you do:

- Outgoing calls to clients;
- Response to clients requests;
- Translation of texts;
- Training and hiring new technical support employees;
- Technical support employees quality control;
- Technical support employees work monitoring;
- Technical support employees production discipline control;
- Reports on the quality of technical support employees work.

What we expect from you:

- Native Urdu language speaker;
- Fluent English (communication on a daily basis);
- Written and verbal literacy;
- Computer literacy;
- Availability for business tips.

Work conditions:

- Working shift time 2\2, night shifts are also included (initially);
- Working shift time 5\2, 8 hours shift, night shifts are also included;
- 3 month probation period.
