Job Description
1. Telephonic and walk in customer, and complaints handling
2. Maintenance of daily reports of incoming queries/complaints
3. Follow up on customer queries/complaints
4. Answer incoming calls, hold and transfer accordingly. If recipient is not around, leave message on desk
5. Record, stamp and arrange for courier service for outgoing mail
6. Receive incoming documents or parcel, acknowledge and distribute
7. Compose, type, fax enquiries for staff activities
8. Submit Travel Request Forms for RSSMs for approval
9. Make travel arrangements - booking of air tickets & arrange hotel accommodation
10. Other assignment that Management may request from time to time.
Job Specification
Customer Service Representatives constantly interact with the people, good communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
Additional required skills are listed below:
- Excellent Verbal Communication and listening skills
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge, especially for MS Office
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Applicant must be Friendly in a Professional Manner
- Applicant must have the ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous /calm when faced with difficult or angry customer
- Applicant must be able to work independently within specified time constraints
- Applicant must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice and be fluent in English
