We are looking a candidate that can handle customer service (Chat, calls and emails) for company and can handle administration-related tasks. i.e Invoice creation, Purchase order creation and sending etc..
Basic Working:
Chat with customers through an online chat portal.
Call customers and suppliers where required.
Sending and responding emails (customer queries).
Creating invoices for large customers and sending purchase orders to suppliers.
Taking shipment quotes from associated shipping companies. (Through their portal or sometimes on call)
The candidate must have a good spoken English level.
Good time management.
Have a basic knowledge of invoicing and purchasing.
Good written English.
