Job Description

- Responsible for arranging Rent a car & Air travel tickets with timely and quality services.
- Responsible for all stationery items, their availability and stock level.
- To assure timely payment of company's utility bill and their record.
- To make agreement with suppliers and contractor.
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of company assets and equipments.
- To make and maintain personal files of company employees.
- Responsible for monthly attendance and time sheets record.
- To look after company vehicles, Motor bikes repair and fueling.
- To make & present weekly office premises inspection report to reporting Manager.
- Weekly base report to Manager to whole week activites.

Job Specification

Should be Graduate with one year experience. Good communication skills and hardworking.
