Each Lead Agent is responsible for generating a sales lead of Rs 100,000 (minimum). The agent has to establish his potential clientele database and keep follow up regularly.
- Making outbound phone calls to our donors, members and prescribers
- Be focused on treating every call respondent with enthusiasm for generation of funds.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and manage the call according to training.
- Accurately enter customer and claim information into system database.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Collaborate with fundraising team to stay updated on upcoming events and activities.
- Provide warm professional donor support;
- Accurately collect details for donors in an organized and timely manner;
- Resolve donor issues and answer questions by phone, or referring them to communication teams.
Experience with CRM software is an advantage
