Job Description
Main responsibilities include, taking dictation from the chairman, and then make it under Microsoft Word Processor and then perform other additional tasks. Managing the incoming and outgoing emails etc.
Job Specification
- Three to Five years of relevant experience in any corporate corporation of Pakistan.(Preference will be given to the persons having Government Experience)
- Excellent written and verbal English is requirement.
- He/She can communicate with our international business partners.
- Must be at home in using Microsoft Windows and Office tools
- Must be good at handling our data base Management systems
- Good hand-eye coordination
- He/she should have normal or corrected hearing
- Must be able to pay attention on extremely fine details
- Should have the ability to follow directions precisely and stay alert for long periods of time.
- Proficiency in typing and shorthand and a working knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and punctuation
