Job Description
- Perform routine secretarial work such as screening of all incoming calls, travel arrangement, typing work, mail and office management etc.
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
- Arranging travel accommodation
- Arranging both in-house and external events
- Coordinating and implementing office procedures
- Liaison and members of staff internally and maintain external contacts
- Maintenance of calendar of events
Job Specification
- Three to Five years of relevant experience in any corporate corporation of Pakistan.(Preference will be given to the persons having Government Experience)
- Must be good at handling our data base Management systems
- He/She can communicate with our international business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal English is requirement.
- Must be at home in using Microsoft Windows and Office tools
- Candidate must be medically fit and have pleasant personality
- Be able to work on his or her initiative and possesses a flexible attitude to meet the changing demands of the role.
- Be a team player with good interpersonal & communications skills (oral & written)
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu, English and shorthand writing
- The candidate should be well versed in modern secretarial practices.
