Job Nature:

Sales Manager is responsible for managing overall sales activities Focusing on Financial sectors in Pakistan. Responsible for sourcing leads and turning them to clients reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Manages a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develops positive relationships with clients
  • SMS P2P A2P CPAAS/Aggregator Experience is a must.
  • Acts as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generates new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolves conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervises account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Reports the status of different accounts and transactions.
  • Sets and tracks sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Suggests actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • University Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any Technical relevant field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a Telecom / Aggregation's environment.
  • Proven track record as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in enterprise solutions amp; products
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience along with customer retention
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent skills of both Oral and Written English Language
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Technical and Solution selling skills would be a plus
