We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Representative, who is patient, energetic, friendly, and one who takes pride in his or her ability to learn quickly and sees problems as challenges.
Responsibilities;
- To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential clients and resolve customer issues.
- Handling customer inquiries and promoting offered services to call-ins, leads, and referrals.
- Perform data entry services for the company in regards to punching in customer information, call logs, and successful sales.
- Assist all the clients during business hours coming through live chat / Emails and respond promptly to their inquiries.
Requirements;
- Prior 1-2 years of experience as customer support/client management
- Education: O/A Levels or Bachelors required.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- American Accent preferable.
- Must have good verbal and written English skills.
- Should be target-oriented, hardworking, and punctual.
- Ability to work shifts covering US timings (Night Shift).
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively.
Timings: 7 pm – 4 am.
