Job Description

This Position is responsible for,

 Managing issues related to loan management, medical approvals, leave management, vehicle repair and maintenance and insurance for effective delivery of employee services.

 Handling of staff grievances queries related to HR and administrative issues in line with company policies..

 Maintaining industrial peace, harmony and cordial relations with CBA and ensuring compliance of various applicable labor laws and CBA agreements.
 Responsible for harmoniously settlement of Charter of Demand. Representing company on various committees constituted under labour laws.
 Handling the IR issues to gain maximum labour productivity and protect business interests and costs.


 Ensuring all mandatory reporting is timely done in compliance with various labour laws. Ensure registration of all insurable employees under EOBI, SESSI and payments thereof.

 Assisting HR Director in discharging his role as custodian of discipline and advice modalities to proceed with disciplinary action and make necessary arrangements. Initiate disciplinary actions in coordination with HR Director and legal counsel. Responsible to seek legal opinion on the prima facie misconduct cases, draft show cause letters and verify by lawyers.

 Coordinate with lawyers in preparation of cases for filing in court and formulating strategy to deal with. Represent management in courts of law and complete legal requirements.

 Planning, implementing and heading the outsourcing functions including selection of contractors, systems for labour management, payments including to contractors and their staff and handling related legal issues.

 Ensuring delivery of administration services such as employee related facilities i.e. dispensary, cafeteria, change rooms, mosque, sports room, reception.

 Managing attendance & leave record, transport arrangements including company maintained cars, cafeteria services/arrangements, communication includes telephone, photocopy and mail for efficient delivery of the administration function.

Job Specification

The ideal candidate should have at least Master's Degree with 5-7 years experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational concern.
