Job Description
 Attending calls from customers.
 Developing cordial relationship with the clients
 Assigning calls to different engineers.
 Facilitating engineers in order to resolve the calls.
 Maintaining logs, data, etc
 Reporting to the clients
 Ensuring that KPI's i.e. response and resolution time, are met.
Job Specification
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Some experience of dealing with the Customer/Clients will be preferable.
- Should have very good follow-up and monitoring skills
- Pleasant personality
- Able to comprehend problems and communicate them properly.
- Good learner
