Responsibilities of the Female Customer Support Executive would be:
> Providing technical support to WOL on-line users by handling technical queries related to Internet browsing, e-mail settings, configuration, windows errors & settings, different browsers, software etc.
> Reviewing customer issues with seniors in order to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
> Maintenance of Call Centre PCs.
> Reporting unusual incidents and feedback of the customers to seniors.

Computer Related MS office, Networking. Trouble Shooting.
