To ensure the documentation in the recruitment process.
Drafting and designing of new formats.
Preparation and maintenance of job description and job evaluation.
Facilitation in training need analysis (TNA)
Execution of development plan for employees at organizational level.
Coordination, Arrangement of training tools and preparation of presentations
Coordination for the orientation training to all new inductees in the organization.
Maintaining staff strength and organ gram at each department level.
Coordination with the external agencies like recruitment, training institutes and Health insurance.
To make sure the completion of administrative work and facilitation to all employees on daily basis.
Record keeping for the attendance, time keeping, EOBI and Social security etc
Preparation and up gradation of HR manual and employees hand book.
