Job Description
1. Exceptional writing skills
2. Ability to specify, produce & edit the business user, technical & operational documentation that is accurate, complete & as concise as possible.
3. Should be able to translate a complicated software function.
4. Experience in creating technical publications such as user guides, online help systems, training, support and getting started guides as well as system administration manuals would be preferred.
5. General functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas would be preferred: Data Warehouse, B.I Applications & Telco Domain Knowledge is a plus.
6. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Visio.
Job Specification
The candidate must have:
1. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience is required.
3. Strong Communication & exceptional Writing skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Must be accustomed to a fast-paced or startup environment.
6. Ability to work as part of team, as well as independently.
7. Must possess strong organizational skills and good interpersonal skills.
