- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales and quality targets.
- Generating new business by visiting clients & maintaining good business relationships.
- Awareness of the needs and requirements of the market including handling/sale of soft applications.
- Implementation of the selling standards and policies including sales process completion.
- Attending training & development programs as and when conveyed followed by meeting training standards.
- Ensuring customers are properly serviced to foster loyalty as well as churn management.
Job Specification
- Professional Experience of 1 to 2 years work experience in Internet and/or Voice Sales Industry.
- Experience in relationship management, up-selling/cross selling of products.
- Excellent negotiations & Interpersonal Skills including good command over English.
- Knowledge of wireless and wired broadband platforms, VoIP, hosted solutions and networking would be considered as an advantage.
- Capacity to create value to the customers by building long term relationships & to meet their expectations in a high quality manner.
