Leading Multinational FMCG Company is seeking a Territory Sales Officer.The candidate must have a relevant experience in this field.
- Deliver sales target, distribution targets - Effective coverage of all routes - Monitor competitor activity - On-job training of the DSF - Random checking of retail outlets - Follow-up on DSF activity - Implement brands, promotion and other plans in the territory - Ensure coolers, POS, merchandise and other company resources are effectively utilized in the territory - Monitor distributor loop (inventory management as per terms) - Divide, complete and follow-up on targets - Induct and train DSF - Monitor stock level as per Company Standards - Reporting - Market visits - Manage distributors within territory
- Open to traveling within and outside Pakistan and willing to relocate at any point in time - Must possess a motorbike license
- Listening skills - Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu - Negotiating and influencing skills are essential - Excellent at numeric and a good sense of curtailing costs - Computer proficiency in MS Excel is a must
