Our Client, A local confectionary Company requires an Experienced National Sales Manager.
Develop Nation wide Distribution setup.
Managing and building a sales team . This will be to manage a specific new area of business which is capitalising on previous successes across other verticals.
The role will be highly autonomous, and will require a strong degree of business development to establish the team in it's target market.
Alongside this sales aspect, the role will also have Account Management responsibilities for all the major accounts, as well as developing these accounts and seeking out new opportunities for growth.
The Managerial responsibilities will also include budget setting, training, coaching and development of the sales team, as well as setting targets for the team and responsibility for delivery of these parameters.
Job Specification
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in Sales at a Food Company, and 3 years experience in a National Sales Management role with a successful track record
Must have experience in managing sales people.
Must have experience with FMCG
Needs to have proven experience working at all levels of management both internally and externally to his/her organisation
Proven track record in relationship building at all levels of national FMCG organizations
