ADMIN ASSISTANT
Report to HR Manager. Primary job responsibilities: assist HR Manager in supervising support staff; record keeping; logistics; procurement; inventory; office & equipment maintenance & supplies. Support in organizing events & maintaining filing system. Visit field offices to provide support for compliance with administrative rules & procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Admin Officer in:
implementing procurement procedures for equipment & supplies
office infrastructure, maintenance/ repairs, utilities and support field offices in the same
maintaining inventory systems
maintaining office filing & receipt/ dispatch systems
logistic arrangements including vehicles, travel, accommodation & maintain vehicles record
Facilitate staff members in the absence of HR Manager
Assist HR Manager in other project activities
Handling Petty Cash
Job Specification
Basic communication & reporting skills
Computers skills in Word, Excel, Urdu word processing & Email communications
Filing, record keeping & inventory
Procurement procedures
Logistics including vehicle management, travel, accommodation etc
Maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment & facilities
Ability to supervise & facilitate support staff
