Job Description
- Candidate should have knowledge and experience in VOIP setup and maintenance.
- Implement and maintains routers, gateways, remote access servers,domain servers, security firewalls, application and device servers and Internet or Intranet devices and connections.
- Basic Networking and troubleshooting skills (printer sharing, DNS, DHCP, anti-virus, network/hardware/software installation and maintenance, backup and recovery etc.) to provide support to users in office environment.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Certifications required (CCNP & CCVP) with least 2 years of experience working with mid level corporate networks
- Hands on experience on Cisco Call manager, IPCC and open source voice solutions.
- Hands on experience on VoIP and Routing protocals
- Hands on experience with Cisco PIX/ASA and other security appliances. -Must have knowledge of how to manage cisco routers, juniper firewalls, cisco core switches, Asterisk servers, Linux, WAN using TW1 and PIE IP bandwidth.
-In addition, candidate must also have knowledge of hosting and managing websites.
Job Specification
- Expert in Networking, Windows 2000/03/08 Active Directory, Exchange 2003/07, DNS, DHCP, anti virus, hardware/software maintenance, backup and recovery procedure is MUST
- Able to manage and troubleshoot Virtual Machines using Virtual Server.
- Must be familiar with the installations & configurations of database servers like Oracle & SQL
- MCSE , MCTS or MCITP Certified
- Network & VOIP Administrator will be required to work independently to setup, maintain,recommend appropriate network configurations to meet users needs.
