We are looking for a driven, technical mind to execute and strategize SEO tactics.
The selected candidate will work with the SEO and content teams to strategize, implement and educate on SEO best practices. This position includes a working knowledge of current search trends, ranking evaluations, content best practices, and a willingness to collaborate across clients in various industries and scales.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console is also required.
The candidate will have responsibilities with on-site technical updates and off-site best practices for optimizing the organic side of search.
The candidate should be comfortable working in the following front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of CSS changes and their implications across different platforms, browsers, and devices.
The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients at one time.
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments while delivering quality work are critical attributes of this individual.
Qualifications:
2-3 years Search Engine Optimization experience in a client or agency setting
Experience programming skills, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3+, jQuery, etc.
Experience strategizing and communicating SEO value with clients and internal stakeholders
Significant experience with various web apps, services, and hosting platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Google Apps, SEO specific platforms similar to Agency Analytics and SEMrush
Highly logical and organized with an ability to communicate progress to various team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and add value to clients through thought contribution and final project deliverables
High level of personal accountability, creativity, and confidence in abilities
Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
