Job Description
- Placement of Orders, Follow ups, OTIF
To do the sampling of fabric of new orders after consultation with manager fabric sourcing.
- To get the quotations for new orders and finalize the rates with Manager FS, and place the order.
- To make the purchase orders against the required quantities and send it to vendor.
- To follow up with the supplier to get the fabric in house as per given target dates.
- After receiving materials, give the approval on respective GRN after checking the quality of sample drawn by Control Department.
- To make the order clearance status and maintain the purchase order.
