Job Description
Working as Head of Administration department, you will look after all matters related to administration, transport, security, protocol and utilities of all Sites and Head Office. Will direct and coordinate office services and related activities, control vehicle utilization, allocation, licensing and other related issues, supervise programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment, control and supervise communication installations and maintenance, manage department to implement laws and policies prescribed , ensure timely provision of office tools and equipments including furniture and fixtures, issue appropriate purchase requisitions and negotiate contracts for maintenance of office equipment, liaise and coordinate internally with all Departments and externally with government agencies to ensure that all coordinated activities are smooth with the aim of achieving the company's objectives .
Will coordinate with all concerned govt/ non-govt agencies for provision of required support to other departments of the company.
Position based in Karachi Office.
