Job Description
- Assist in Implementing IRC's policies to manage purchasing
- Assist in purchasing related logistics procedures and processes, as per IRC's procurement guidelines.
- Report as per supervisor's requirements on all procurement activities.
- Process payment documents as per procedure and inform suppliers for collection of their cheque's.
- Enter PR status in Prolog Database.
- Give support as and when required, play an active role in procurement of items/services based on authorized requisitions in line with IRC systems and procedures.
- Assist in suppliers/vendors database updating.
- Support to other team functions as and when necessary
Job Specification
- Graduation Degree and candidates having BBA will be preferred.
- 2-3 years work experience in Admin & logistics.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and to keep clear and concise records.
- Good written and spoken English. Along with effective communication & negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office package.
- Willingness to travel to the field offices.
