Job Description
Assist in the evaluation of all micro computer hardware and software products, collaborate with system development and computer services on PC/LAN hardware and software installations.
Assist in PC/LAN network design and control, anticipate PC/LAN hardware and software needs for planning and budgeting.
Monitor and assist PC/LAN systems security.
Function as a resource for software and hardware systems user, communicate with system users to maintain PC/LAN operating environments.
Maintain a leading-edge knowledge base for PC/LAN and software applications.
Coordinate with system trainers to provide implementation schedules for system hardware, software and training needs.
Maintain confidentiality, cooperate with all levels of staff and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
MCSE in Windows 2003 track will be a plus point
