Record and Ledger Maintenance of Kitchen Consumable Stock
Stationery Record maintenance and PR forward to Proc.Deptt.
IPL PTCL lines maintenance and follow up with PTCL
Admin Printing responsibilities/ Stock maintenance both Kitchen consumables plus Stationery.
Maintain Utility Bills Filing and monthly reports submission to T/L for further approval
Tags allocation of Work Station and preparation of Work station Files showing Each resource sitting location. (Handle Work Station Change cases)
Photocopier and Fax machine maintenance responsibility.
Personal call deduction report maintenance
Verify Cleaning tasks in whole building and forward Daily Observation Report to A.Manager.
Job Specification
Minimum Graduate with 3-4 years experience
Willing to work in a shift between 3PM-11PM
Ability to Provide Back up in absence of Front Desk Executive (Air ticketing etc)
Timely Preparation and improved presentation of Admin Reports
Improvement in Filling system
Good Communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
