HR/ Recruitment - Intern opportunity;
This is an exceptional job opportunity to join Pakistan leading Takaful/ Insurance company.
We are looking for Recruitment/ HR intern for various departments.
Timings = 10:00am - 06:00pm
5 working days a week
This is only an on-location/office based job.
Stipent : 15000/month
After 3 months of internship, we will offer full time job based on performance along with fringe benefits that include;

The ideal candidate will be reponsible;
1. In assisting recruitment and HR department for day to day roles.
2. He/She must be energetic and willing to learn and possess excellent work ehtics.
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Spreadsheet)
5. Other responsibilites include;
Interview conduct (Two rounds of interview and schedul interview with hiring manager)
Prepare recruiting log, new hire package draft with complete details.
Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and standards to ensure department efficiency.
Ensure client/Candidate inquiries and resolve strong committment towards learning and motivate to grow into Recruitment Officer role.
