house process documents, wireframes documentation. Writing case studies for the software projects Documentation of
software help, guides and user/technical manuals Knowledge of structure and content of Scope of Work, Functional
Document, Software Requirement Specification, and Wire frame Building. Good understanding of Flow Charts, ERD.
