Greeting guests,
Issuing visitor badges,
Sorting correspondence,
Answering to client inquiries,
Maintaining the reception area clean and organized,
Notify Security Officer about unescorted guests and emergency situations
Receiving shipments, updating records and files.
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Must be able to handle confidential information, administrative details, and work independently.
