We are looking for the services of the Telesales Representative.
Selected candidates have to perform excellent customer service to customers over the phone.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Answering queries of the customers.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services.
Keeping record of all the calls and sales including customer profile.
