Preparation, development and administration of contracts.
Evaluating the potential risks, opportunities and initiating necessary actions.
Dealing all contractual matters with the client/engineer.
Negotiation of contract’s exceptions and commercial terms & conditions.
Preparation & settlement of claims.
Pre-qualification and selection of sub-contractors.
Tendering & evaluation for sub-contractors.
Maintain all records/documents regarding contractual matters.
Develop and administer project contract organization.
Job Specification
BE-Civil with 5-15 years experience or Chartered quantity surveyor from Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors, England with matching experience. Working knowledge of FIDIC and other international forms of contracts as applicable to civil engineering / EPC contracts is essential.
