Job Description
The person in this position will be responsible for financial and administrative management of the project. The individual must have knowledge of both administrative and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for financial management of the project which will include preparation of account books, ledgers, budget utilization reports and finance handling
- Responsible for administrative management of the project which will include management of the inventory, building, events, library, logistics and overall administration.
Job Specification
- Advance knowledge of office related software (Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail)
- Proficiency in English language; good writing and speaking ability (including report writing and oral presentations)
- Professional and personal traits;

- Able to work in a challenging work environment
