We are looking for a polished professional with DIGITAL GRAPHIC IMAGING PRINTING INDUSTRY contacts throughout Pakistan and who will look after the local market and also managing field sales people.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and inspire the existing sales team to improve market penetration and increase sales and margin for the major supplier of inks to INK JET printing industry.
- Develop a sales strategy according to the market for all IMAGING INK GRAPHIC products.
- Experience in managing budgets, sales plans, and distribution development according to strategic sales regions.
- Focus on achieving goals and producing results.
- Ability to constantly observe and react to the activities and strategies of competitors
- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan
- Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of sales officers, when required.
- Monitor, analyze sales and market trends.
- Responsible for managing and controlling the sales team.
- Focus on achieving sales revenue and market share targets by developing and executing business plans with the sales team.
- Ensuring effective coverage of territories and supporting the Sales department.

- Extensive travel; on a national basis; is a requirement for the position.
- Travel of 75% plus will be required for success.
- Having detailed knowledge of GRAPHIC IMAGING industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
- Should be fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi with good communication skills to interact with clients locally
- Experience of managing a sales force at national level.
- Experience of planning, directing and controlling all sales and distribution.
- Knows the local Market in depth.
- Computer literate.
- Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
- Proactively in improving services
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
- Make strategic decisions.
