Managing Commercial, PMO, Procurement and logistics departments
- Working on RFQ and bid submissions
- Financial modeling for pricing on RFQ's and remodeling as per actual circumstances
- To give presentations in meetings on commercial related issues
- To plan and ensure all commercial offers are submitted and PO, variation orders are received against the submitted commercial offers
- To ensure proper control over the customer pots activity
- Monitor activities to gauge against the clauses laid in the contract
- Plan the procurement of materials, sub cons and ensure its implementation
- Ensuring the issuance of sub con agreements and pots
- To act as a front end between the management and sub cons/suppliers
- As a Project Controller to check all project activities are being carried out with in budget
- To mitigate the risk of activities this may result in negative margin cost variations
- To ensure that data base as per SOW is being properly maintained
- To advise and draft reports for the high management
- To plan logistics activities to ensure smooth delivery
- monitoring of logistics ensuring delivery of materials in time of desired quality and with least cost
- Preparation of Project quarterly cash flow statement
- Project Unit return for all projects on monthly basis
- Any other job assigned by management
