Job Description

- Developing the assigned system process and quality standards.
- Execution/control end to end system testing and deployment.
- Monitoring/Reporting on the progress.
- Identify and manage project dependence and critical path.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.

Job Specification

- At least 1 year experience as team leader.
- Familiar with Core Java, J2EE.
Good understanding of platforms/Servers, such as Tomcat/Tomcat Clustering.
- Familiar with Android SDK, Blackberry SDK.
Good understanding and working knowledge of technologies Hibernate, JSF (richfaces, myfaces), SWING, Log4J, Web Services (Axis, Jax-WS, CXF), Spring Framework, UML, XML (Parsers : Xerces, XML Pull Parser, SAX, DOM), Javascript, Ajax frameworks (Dojo, JQuery, extJS, YUI), LDAP/Directory (ApacheDS, Active Directory, OpenLDAP), Openfire Servers such as JBOSS, Liferay, SugarCRM, Asterisk, Maven, C3PO, Spark, REST, XMPP, Parsers : Xerces, XMLPullParser, SAX, DOM), JSON.
- Experience of multiple development methodologies e.g. Waterfall, Prototyping, AGILE Rose/Rational Architect, Eclipse IDE, Trac, Subversion, Putty/SSH, Bash Shell, Microsoft Project.

- Database and operating systems experience with Oracle, Sql Server, Vista, Windows XP.
