• Required Experience in Business Operations division in similer industry (Data Management Solution ) Scanning and archiving covering an array of Information management products/services
• smart transformation, managed-service projects for large-scale enterprise-wide system (Data management solutions, ECM, CMS, SharePoint etc.)
• Good client facing and consultative skills, ability to efficiently communicate with business and IT stakeholders, understand requirements, advise on data and analytical solutions establishing link to business objectives, and consolidate these into solution and architecture designs
• Good knowledge of modern data management and analytical solutions, proven experience with one or more leading data integration tools
• Good knowledge of data warehousing and data lakes principles and modelling
• Understand client needs and requirements and translate these into data, analytical and performance management solutions and architectures in line with client’s business needs
• Advise on modern data analytical architectures and solutions
• Design, build and deploy modern data and analytical solutions
• Support clients identify the art of the possible and the next step in their journey

• Previous client facing consulting background
• Demonstrable advisory experience in a selection of the following disciplines: Data Strategy, Data Management, Data Governance including Data Quality, Data Products, and Data People and Organisation including Operating Model Design and delivery approach
• Expert knowledge of different database types and use-cases
• Experienced in different delivery methods especially Scanning & Archiving solutions
• Experience of pre-sales and bid preparation work
• Understanding of the services available in Local Market
• Must have 3-5 years experience in same industries (Scanning & Archiving)
