Job Description
Working closely with Sr. Manager Marketing and assisting him in various Marketing / Brand Management activities.
Effectively contributing to marketing plans, strategies and different marketing programs and campaigns.
Working closely with advertising agencies, media and other vendors. Collecting quotations of different items from the vendors and price comparisons.
Close Coordination and follow up with the vendors during and after the campaigns.
Receiving & delivering promotional materials. Maintaining marketing store, inventories and maintaining issuance record of marketing material.
Coordination with all branches regarding the display of marketing material.
Coordination with Sales staff and reporting performance as and when required.
Handling all trivial outdoor activities & maintaining marketing office files.
To carry out, any other duties/activities as and when assigned by the Management.
Job Specification
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Urdu
* Well developed interpersonal & negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, Positive & Confident
* Effective Team player and able to adapt to new environment.
* Desire to help the company achieve its goals
* Able work under pressure
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office, windows, internet and designing softwares
* Flexibility to move outside the job description as and when required.
